Homemade Grill protector

I used a bed frame and a piece of steel grate with my harbor freight wire fed welder to fab this together. Came out pretty good for a beginner. I’m going to add something below, maybe a steel bar across the lower part. Quick unrelated question, does everyone run max air pressure in the front tires ?

The fab work looks good. We run our fronts on the high side, just under max.

Was going to get it fixed but just ended up leaving it.

Now its a reminder to myself to not be a dumbass.....because i dang sure was that day lol.

I almost flipped a chunk of concrete backwards. I understand I was fortunate.

It’s very common when pushing brush for sticks to punch out the radiator in that lower location. Guard it well.

Add to the sides to give it more complete coverage.

Bed frame steel is often good project material. Seems a lot tuffer than mild steel in the way it cuts and drills. If you run a grapple you can never too much protection up front.
