    I wasn't considering actually doing the swap, nor do I have the engine. I just wondered if it could work, or what would happen if it did. The more I've learned about them the less they make sense for anything other than a generator.

    Could I swap a Detroit 1-71 into my Kubota B7510? It would make around 30-40 hp, but since the tractor is designed for a 15-20 hp engine, would a more powerful one break anything?
