    L4350 fuel knock problem

It was mounted and in place. The pump was removed and remounted. I most likely didn’t keep track of the shims at the time. I’ll do a compression check when I change the injectors. Thanks.

    L4350 fuel knock problem

The IDI engine was removed from a refer unit and wasn’t run for close to five years. I ran it for only about 20 seconds before removing/purchasing it.

    L4350 fuel knock problem

I’m going to change the injectors first. I don’t have gray or white exhaust (excess/unburied fuel) which would suggest late injection. Also, I can’t speak to loss of power at this point. I’ll report back once the injectors are changed. This engine is a idi engine no longer direct injection. Thnx.
