pressure reading was for 400 pounds

to my knowledge yes i have removed all the hydraulic oil fluid. the suction screen has the milky white fluid but also has little bit of sand like particles. i'm not saying it's sand that's just the size and shape. it probably is the pump but i m going or should i say hoping i don't have to...

yes i have cleaned the suction screen, it seems to be full of a milky white substance. that's why i would like to know where the pressure relief valves are to make sure they're not blocked.
