Thanks Greensvillejay, but It can't have water in the cylinder...the tractor is running(spraying starting fluid...I know, I know, I shouldn't do it!!) if water reaches the cylinders at this time it should be gone!!

Thanks jaxs. When I tried to start it I had the battery charge connected to the engine starter position(200 amp) but I will try another battery just in case. Could be that the water damaged the injection fuel pump????

Wolfman, there is a covered nut in the back (facing the rear of the tractor)of the injection pump, that has a little spring inside...should be remove before pulling the pump out?. Thanks, Daniel.
