Ok thanks. I did read on another forum, someone having a similar problem found a blown fuse and that fixed his problem. The fuses on mine are ok. I was hoping it could have been that easy.

I just realized there were 2 switches on the seat, so I also wire nutted the second switch. The pedal sensor was changed. If you unplug the sensor the foot throttle will rev the motor but tractor will not move. Yes the HST pedal, but it also works the throttle.

Tractor runs good, can throttle up and down with hand throttle. As soon as you push the foot throttle you hear a click and the tractor shuts down. There is a sensor or switch on the foot throttle. I changed it because it looked like the most obvious, but it didn't help. So now I am looking for...
