    Greasing help.

No luck yet. I tried a small drill, wires etc. I pumped so hard that I destroyed the first zerk. The head broke off and was stuck in my grease gun. I replaced it and got the new zerk with its pipe thread as tight as I dare and it actually pulled the threads out of the unit. They were still on...

That didn't work either. I believe its a small passage like 1/8 inch and a couple inches long that's full of hardened grease.

    Greasing help.

I have a neighbor that has a large tractor. Its yellow not orange unfortunately lol. He's not real mechanically inclined. The poor thing has not been greased since sand was rocks. Me being a maintenance minded guy decided to grease his tractor for him. I can't get several spots to take...

Removing rocks, removing Chollas and digging up dirt( full of rocks). I used to work for a septic company and those guys could destroy 2 sets of teeth on a Deere 544 loader a day in this area.

Send in an oil sample. That will tell you if there's even a trace of coolant in the oil

    Engine oil question.

I have had the opposite experience. I seem to lose the bottom end long before the top end wears out. Have replaced many bearings due to wear but the rings were still good.

    Engine oil question.

Even if it sits weeks without being started? Seems like a 15w40 would take a long time to get flowing.?

    Engine oil question.

I searched but that just locked up my phone. My 7510 may sit weeks between being started. The book shows sae30,10w30 and 15w40 can be used. We can ignore sae30 as finding that here with the proper specs is impossible. Wouldn't a 5w40 be a better choice? That should flow faster than a 10w30...

Help with working on a slope

T That would be good for digging a trench but I can't get the tractor that close to the cactus safely. Thinking my jeep would be a better choice as it won't rear up and try to roll over on me. Plus it's heavier.
