    B2650 using SnowBlower Black Smoke!!

This is a common problem on the b2650 ( I have one) the dealer in Northern Michigan had a mod of cutting the tube shorter and the intake ends up behind the radiator.. Rubbish in my mind.. then in the summer its pulling hot air. Mesh that was mentioned before is called FROGSKINZ I actually...

    B2650/L2501 implement advice

Quick attach is a must 60" bucket is made identical to the 54" lawyers make them say light material I WISH I got the heavier box blade, even with loaded rear tires. that being said if I fully load the 60" bucket it needs more ballast! I have picked up a used weigh bench when I get time I plan to...

New orange paint on FDR 1672 mower

Looking good man.. If you got it that cheap what a deal, its not that old of a mower as it has the flat free tires on it. Just upgraded mine after almost ten years of constantly being flat. I found Lobster Red Rust-Oleum paint to be almost a dead ringer for the new Kubota orange, might save you...

    B2650 54" or 60" loader bucket?

The only difference between the 54" or 60" is width, built exactly the same. The term light material comes from the lawyers ;). My dealer only sells the 60" he laughed and said either one can be overloaded its all in how it's used. That being said with either bucket I highly recommend filled...

    B2650 rear hydraulics

Thanks, first off not trying to sidetrack this thread (sorry OP) I made the cover guard outta 1/4" SS plate . I had to slot the bottom holes that mount the solenoid valve allowing it to slide forward, flip and rotate a few of the elbows and re route the hoses as seen in the pics. Cut one corner...

    B2650 rear hydraulics

I don't have the Kubota part numbers in front of me, here is what I did. I got the factory third function valve with the controls on the loader handle. I opted to run my hoses to the front for the future use of a grapple. I then ran a second set of lines to the rear with disconnects, for my...

Top and Tilt Kit for Bx50 Series

I highly recommend Fit Rite, Brian is stellar to work with and stands behind his product. On my B2650 I opted for only the Hydro top link as I have the ratcheting angle adjustment. I ran hoses back to the toplink from the Kubota factory 3rd fuction, this way I can swap lines and still use a...

    B2650/B3350 with front blowers

My 2650 with front mount blower, had started to blow black smoke. The way Kubota makes the air intake just above the radiator it sucks all the powdery snow into the filter. Frozen and plugged right up. Been removing filter ever time I'm done dry it out overnight, now to figure out a fix...

    Tractor wheel painting made easy

A neat and useful trick I learned years ago, is to brush liquid dish soap on the tire and let it dry. A couple coats works best and paint way. Wash it off when done. Depending on the tire/ rim combination it allows you to get the rim lip painted Nice looking machine by the way.
