That was a good video. I have always closed my grapple lid for removal of the attachment. After watching the video, I intend to try that method. Having the cylinders fully retracted also helps protect them from moisture. Thanks for sharing and have a good day!

Cell phone mount for open station tractor

Thats almost identical to what my brother and I use for our phones while working on and off farm equipment. We are able to buy them from our local ACE store. I believe you will be happy with it.

Cell phone mount for open station tractor

New meaning to the old term "bag phone".

Cell phone mount for open station tractor

I agree with mikester. A suction cup holder would probably not hold up well being exposed to the elements and the inherent vibration that a working tractor experiences. You might consider a secure phone holder that attaches to your belt. No doubt you will be on and off the tractor for various...

    New found appreciation…..

JRS, as I have stated on this forum several times, Do not get in a hurry and work at a speed beyond your skill level. Think ahead. Be aware of your surroundings in all directions. If you feel yourself becoming frustrated, take a break and re-evaluate the situation. And keep that load (FEL) low...

MX6000 Grapple and Third Function kit

That's good to hear. That would make the factory 3rd function a good option. The WR Long kit was delivered promptly, installed with relative ease and has worked flawlessly so far.

I had floated the loader to release the pressure so I could disconnect the grapple hoses. I thought while I was up there I would just release the attachment levers and save a trip off the tractor. I'm not very tall so in order to reach the far lever, I have to stand very close to the...

Good morning Snowman7. It's funny because up until that day, I would actually brag that I didn't have my phone with me at times. I had to carry a pager for years then a cell phone for my on call work. To not have to be available was one of the perks of retirement. Now I have to look at...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Today I added a hydraulic top link. I have been wanting one ever since I purchased the tractor. What an outstanding addition! I played with it a little after the install and was pleased to see some immediate advantages. Just being able to tweak the angle of the Quick Hitch to more easily get...

I'm sure it would have. It sounds like it communicates by satellite. I'm happy they found her and she was safe. Good thing they talked to you and got pointed in the right direction. Good outcome.
