With valve in neutral is there oil coming out of the hose in filler?
The unambigous answer is ...the line in oil filler....the line in bucket from tank on loader valve,
Tractor in neutral oil flows from hose in bucket.
I move joystick to raise and pressure increases coming out of hose in bucket
The loader does not raise .
Pleade answer these two quedtions. With tractor running and valve in neutral

Is ther oil cimong out of line in tank?

Is there oil coming out of line in bucket?

Just got back from tractor. Tractor running in neutral, fluid is flowing into bucket. There is no fluid flowing into oil filler

What port on the loader is connected to the hose in the bucket?
The quick connect coupler to back was disconnected. I connected it and put the hose in bucket with tank line . Screw the oil filler, I run tractor and oil flows from the pb line, not the tank line. My mistake forgetting to put the qc together . I suppose we should go through all those tests again, right?

Look, there is a method to this. Why would you do anything with that quick connect? I want ELIMINATED and I want to be able to run the tractor without pumping it empty.

  1. Remove the quick connect from the hose attached to the loader valve and put the open end of that hose in the filler. That completes the neutral circuit retirning oil to the sump and we can run the tractor nonstop and monitor the flow
  2. Put the hose connected to the tank port in the bucket by itself. That lets us watch tank flow ascwevtest tge valve.
  3. Start the tractor snd verify that with valve in neutral you have a continuous flow into the filler and none going into the bucket
When you have that working correctly we start over on the vslve snd cylinder hoses.

Okay, I'll make it so . I apologize for frustrating you, I'll do it right this time.

I am sure you are doing your best. Lets try to break this down to the simplest possible system so we can test the basic operation of the pump and loader valve. Right now we have too many variables in the mix. Working via forum exchanges is not speeding things up.

That and my having to travel to get signal then back to perform tests . If it gets it fixed it is worth it.

There is flow into oil filler, tractor running, valve in neutral

Is the hose thats in filler is connected to the PB port on valve?

Is the hose connected to the T port on valve in the bucket and there is no fkow?

If so move the joystick to curl and hold it there. Does the flow into the filler stop and flow from tank into bucket begin?

Alright. That indicates the pump is moving oil and the loader relief is unloading to tank when the pump is deadheaded.

Now lets go back to the lift cylinders.
  1. Start tractor
  2. Remove base end hose from right cylinder and move lever to up. You should get flow from the hose. Reconnect hose
  3. Remove base end hose from left cylinder and move lever to up. You should get flow from hose. Reconnect hose.
  4. Now disconnect both rod end hoses and put the ends in a small container. Thats to prevent an oily mess in the next step..
  5. With rod end hoses disconnected move loader control to up. The loader should go up.

the loader did not raise. Fluid came out of rod end of cylinders

Fluid came outo of rod end ports on both cylinders but loader did not raise? So how can that happen? Onky one way I can think of.

The pistons on BOTH cylinders would have to be leaking badly. Seems unlikely and does not explain other problems but lets test that theory.

Put plugs or caps on the rod end ports of the lift cylinders. Start tractor and move lever to raise. With no place for the fluid to go the rods have to extend and loader should go up.

I'll be digging up some kind of cap for a while:)
