Hi. I'm new. Last year I picked up a bradco 715 ser 7N147. It's complete without an owners manual. I've attached it to the tractor and had two new hydraulic hoses made up to plumb into the hydraulic valve block. That's where my problem is. I did hook them up and started the tractor and the blade would go left and that's all. Now it doesn't do anything. I cracked the lines on the attachments control valve and at a couple cylinders. Oil did come out. The attachment did sit for a number of years so air or water could be possibilities. Any advice is appreciated.

Do you have the tractor operator’s manual to show you how to hook up hydraulic implements to the tractor? You may need to turn a valve (bolt head thing on block?) a certain direction?

And there seems to be a lot of hoses that aren’t connected to anything. What are they for? Is the three point lever fully down? That could be putting a relief valve into action if raised to full up.

And I think you may need a third tank return line from the valve to the tractor block BUT I am not 100% positive about that.

I do have a manual for my tractor, kubota 2020 front blade manual and a manual for a front loader for my other tractor. The hydraulic block on this tractor is different than what's in the manual and what's on my other b8200.
The two ports I'm tied into seem to be just in and tank. There are only two loose lines from the attachment. They have female quick connects and I think they are remotes as they're long enough to go to the rear of the tractor.
I don't think I have enough pressure to run this attachment. I messed with the pressure knob and got nothing except for the three point moved quicker. I'm thinking I need a power beyond line. There are two ports on the rear of this. hydraulic block and a pipe plug on the very front.

Your two new hoses are connected to pressure out and tank return in the OEM hydraulic outlet block. Where do they go? Where is the control valve for the front blade?

Your tractor hydraulic system is essentially disabled with that plumbing.

In my original post there's a pic of the control valve on the attachment. The very top hose on that valve is connected to the top port on the tractor. The bottom hose on the tractor is connected to a hose that connects to the pipe fitting coming out of the bottom of the attachments control valve.

Thats what worries me. Where does the second hose on that tee go?

The only label I could see in the other pictures was OUT. Where does that hose go?

Dan
The second hose on that tee appears to be a remote. The other hose is my new one that goes to the bottom port on the tractor. The tee is by the out label.

There's another remote line that comes directly out of the bottom of the control valve that could be a pressure line. That one is skinny. The one by the "out" label is larger.

This is getting crazier by the minute. How many PORTS on that valve. I count 8 on the top alone. Any additional valves at the rear? Any ports labeled IN or P?

So this is a three spool valve and the blade has three double acting cylinders?

This appears to be pump IN or P. The top port is being used and the side option is plugged It should ve connected to the top right port on the tractor's hydraulic outlet

When you say top right port on the tractors hydraulic outlet you mean the pressure outlet? The hydraulic block on my tractor is different than what's in the manual. There's a pic of it at the top of this thread. There is a port on the back of my tractors block that could be a pressure port. I'm including a pic pointing it out. The large banjo fitting goes to the 3 point. The others to the power steering.

Can you see any markings that are cast into the valve (similar to the “out”)?

I would assume that there is an ”in” and possibly a “T”.

If you can see them, maybe start coding them with some tape on the hose with the same label as the valve. @TheOldHokie would be able to understand it better if he can identify the ports better. The six hoses going to the cylinders can be ignored for now.

You may be able to sketch out a diagram with labels for all of it to help understand how it should be hooked up.

I dont think the block is that much different but the plumbing is odd. The 3pt would normslly be fed frim the backside port and the one with the bsnjo would be the neutral (power beyond) return from the external valve.

This has to be sorted out if you wsnt things to work. Does your 3pt work as plumbed? I see no way it can.

The 3 point and power steering work fine.

I started the tractor and the angle left worked a little and quit. I've cracked open all cylinders except for the cylinder on the right at the bottom. Both of those only have one line in.
