Anyone in north central Texas that treats their diesel in the winter? equipment and small amount of diesel is stored in covered drive in barn. Some say no need to worry or treat in our climate.

No treatment needed. Never treated our 3 diesel cars in all kinds of weather in 39 years.
Do treat the 60 gallon tank underneath the Isuzu generator to avoid algae formation with white bottle PS.
All stored diesel should have a biocide in my opinion.
But Anti-gel is unnecessary unless the temperature gets well-below 20-degrees F (the temp where No 2 gels is 15F.).
