I am new here and have a Kubota problem.

I been using my 3130 for hauling logs. The service light came on. It had 250 hours so I figured it was just a notoce based on time. I stopped it and when I came back to use it it would not move. It started fine but would not move forward or back. Loader worked fine. I did a quick check of the linkage and nothing was loose. Could it be a fluid issue?

Any ideas?
Thanks

Is the range lever in neutral?:D Run the lever through all the ranges.
I doubt it is a fluid problem if all other functions work.

Got it solved. Mice built a nest in the wiring and chewed on a wire. They did not break it. They shorted out the trouble code system.

I disconnected the battery for a few a minute. Then when I connected the battery all the codes reset and the tractor was fine.

I packed the area with bounce fabric softner to keep the mice away.
Good learning experience.
Thanks

Hey..what about the poor mice.:p

Gotta love the easy fixes even if they are hard to diagnose, A shorted wire sure beats an internal trans problem anyday:eek:

I hate those mice. I live in the country and they try to move into my house pre winter.

Yes a friend helped me figure it all out. Love the simple ones.
Thanks
