Things I'd think about in your situation:
-the ground you intend to drive over, will the low ground clearance of a BX series get you where you need to go? Or will you drag the belly or tip over?
-if you are dragging out trees, then you have standing trees, can a B or L series fit between them?
-how big are the tree sections you are pulling out? Old oaks or thin pines? how much do they weigh?
-how much snow are you going to move? up hill, down hill, heavy wet or dry fluffy? how much ground do you need to clear? short driveway could be done with a bucket or blade, long driveway might be easier with a front plow or snow blower.
Go to a dealer and drive some tractors. get a feel for the size, speed, power, price, function of gears vs HST, stability of big versus small machines. see how a low horse power model versus a high horsepower model in the same size range feels.
tractorhouse.com once you narrow down what model you want check this website out and compare prices, features, implements, age, etc.
Lastly, and maybe most importantly, how close is your dealer? are they any good? Is there a better masey ferguson dealer nearby? Or deer? Especially with an older tractor, I'd be sure you can get parts and help for the machine you buy.
