B2150 No Start

My B2150 won't start Turned key to warm up ,when I go to start position, it clicks once and all dash lites go out Cleaned up ground frame connection and battery posts and charged battery Same thing Any help appreciated Ken

Can you tell what clicks? Is it the starter or something else?

Did you check the seat and clutch safety switches?

Try a different battery, or a boost with jumpers? Sometimes they will charge and show the right voltage but they just don't have the amps anymore.

You have ....
a poor connection somewhere......
you have a battery that is supplying "volts" but not enough amps....
you have a very weak battery - it can happen for no real reason, poooof it is dead!
all of these can be tested.

Easiest thing is to do swap out the battery .....if that fixes the problem, you nailed it.
If problem was not solved - then you now can look at the other problems one on one.

Click did not seem tb from starter;now the pre heat light doesn't come on Earlier I did jump it with my IH didn't make a difference tho

I'd rule out the battery first and connections/cables first. Can you swap out the battery from your IH to check? If you still have problems, start checking cables, all connections, etc. Even with a new battery, cable, and clamps on vehicle once, it turned out to be a bad ground. I did also have a similar issue once that resulted from water in the key switch.

Thanks for all the help guys It was the battery I had just charged it up and every thing looked good Guess ya can't judge a battery by its cover Ken
