No. Absolutely not. It's a pure hydraulic/hydrostatic system. And this system is the only one used on these specific models worldwide! I'm pretty sure your problem is a faulty steering-cylinder at the front axle (or may be a not proper adjusted pressure relieve valve of the SCM).

OEM here the tractor comes with 320/85 R20 in the front I bought it with 360/70 R20. My neighbour an the other guy have 420/60 R20 on the front.

looks like a faulty pressure regulation valve. Doublecheck your gauge first. If it's correct, you'll have to check the valve. I don't know the specs of that engine, but normaly the valve is located in the Oilpump housing.
