Is it leaking internally or externally?
If it's external rebuild it, if it's leaking internal replace it, I do believe they are know to have issues in that series.

Yes internal leak is very likely.
Jack up the front so that both wheels are off the ground.
If it turns fast with it off the ground, it's an internal leak, replace the cylinder.
