Used the backhoe to loosen up the compacted, nutrient poor AZ soil in a planter
I know AZ soil well, That's a huge work out for your Kubota, that ground is tough!

One other easy trick if you didn't know it is to add some gypsum to the soil, a couple bags of simple drywall mud will help aerate the soil tremendously and keep it aerated and allow it to hold water for much longer.

I have heard that, but never tried it- maybe I'll give it a shot, thanks.

Question for you Bill, how do you know that was steer manure?:D:D

Seems like it would be extremely difficult to separate steer from cow manure!

You know, you're right... it was deodorized, so maybe it was from cows rather than steers. Females, in general, smell better than males. :D

Cleared 14" of snow off my small 40x30 foot driveway. The 4 foot bucket worked better than my old 4' plow! Bucket lets me make the piles where I want. I'll probably get rid of the 50" BX2750D blower that came with my used BX last year - my driveway just isn't long enough...

Moved snow - March is the new February 'round here it seems.
Your right Mike9, last few winters March is our winter month here also, spent 3 or 4 hours yesterday and probably another hour this morning cleaning up.

Chaentjen,

Holy Mackerel ! What work lights do you have on your tractor?

I read on one of your other posts the front light is a 20" light Bar.

Can you tell me the make and model ?

They are freakin' BRIGHT !

I might try to pick me some of the same to put on my tractor.

Thanks.
