All 4 safety switches replaced, all 4 relays verified. Mower started, released brake and machine dies

Definitely not the seat switch, been replaced also jumped out every safety switch. Replaced brake switch as well as all switches after jumping them out because at that point why not. So there is a timer I see, my print showed it but no part number or a good description as to its operation. The print I downloaded has different wire colors so hard to trace through the mower.
To be clear , it starts, runs and when brake is released it dies.
