zd323 pto lever removal

cannot engage mower. to engage, pto levers from handle to lever arm seems all ok just the pto lever arm to hydraulic is very tight. do i just take the locking bolt out and pull lever out? to clean it?

Check your linkages aren't binding anywhere, you should be able to lube in place
