I keep seeing all these threads and posts about snow and snow blowers. I thought I would post a pic of the beach house I lived in for about 4 months a couple of years ago just to warm you up:

After three caribbean cruises in the dead of winter i really feel trapped here in a snowbank. Yesterday we had 45 mile per hour winds. It was really nasty. Why do i stay here, i ask myself daily.

I made some Carib cruises myself except I was on an aircraft carrier.
My wife is hooked on cruising, we just got back a few weeks ago and #6 scheduled next winter for our 20th.

I paid about $300 for the entire 4 months. 20yds to the waterline and another 50yds out to the coral reef.
I think I would just drive up and down the beach on my new K pushing sand.

you guys know nothing about being a sailor, real sailors were the Brown water sailors, ya gota get up close and personal just like the old time sailors, not miles and miles away,,,lol But you have to admit it was fun while it lasted At least ya wasn't a puddle pirate
