have you had the tire taken off the rim yet? If so and you're lucky there's a sticker that has a description and part number and usually Titan brand from what I've seen. Let me know your exact year and model by email: cwtireal@gmail.com and what's on the sticker and hopefully I can help as I have a pair that were part of a take-off set purchased off Craigslist that we used the tires but the wheels wouldn't fit. Probably half of what you've been quoted for a pair including shipping if they'll work for you.
If the stickers not there no problem but it sure makes it easy as we can avoid a bunch of measuring. Kubota is a pita when it comes to how they so many different bolt patterns even when they have the same number of bolt holes in them.
