W5021-SC

This is my first time on the forum.
I purchased a W5021-SC that won't start.
It starts right away with starting fluid but it will not start otherwise.
I am in need of the owners manual for this.
I would appreciate any help.

Can't help with owners manual, but the following link is for the workshop manual that covers multiple models in english and multiple other languages. including your model: LINK TO WSM CLICK HERE . At that site you can view it online or download it for free.
I would start with removing and cleaning the gas tank and carb and replacing the fuel filter.

I found a xerox of an Owner's Manual on EBay for $10 but a few pages were cut off at the bottom slightly.
