I recently purchased a B2150 in excellent shape except for it's two front tires, which are dry rotted on the side walls and the treads.
My O.M. calls for a "24x8.50-12" tire for the 4WD model, but short of selling my kids for the tires and buying from Kubota (they cost 200 + each) I can't find them anywhere else.
THe O.M. calls for a "23x8.50-12" for the 2WD models.
Question is: can the "23x8.50-12" be used on the 4WD models without doing harm to the gears, trans., etc.?
The 23s are much easier to find in a 6 ply and cost 1/3 of the 24s.
