My mowing deck of our GR2100 is quite rusty, so i thought I'd better have it shot blasted and zink coated to enjoy serveral more years together. First I Need to remove all accessories and moving parts, off Course. I have Problems in removing the Pullys from the shafts, any idea for that part of the game?
A puller was tried already, it only bents the wheels.
Thanks your help

First step would be to go to this site and download the WSM for RCK48,54 & 60 which is line 5 from the bottom of the page.

Just saying you have a RCK48 does not give all the info on your mower.

It seems there are three different models: RCK48-15, -18 & -20.

Look at the WSM and see if your pulleys are held on the same way with a center hub and then the sheet metal pulley bolted to the hub.

Using a puller on the sheet metal will just bent it as you are finding out.

This youtube video will show you one trick.
