I am attempting to repair a tiller. There is no information anywhere on it. No stickers or tags. It appears to be a jdm kubota, yanmar or such.

The tilling holder(tube) measures 56 inches between bearings. I have replaced the bearings and seals, also the tines. Now i need a chain or a connecting link.

Does anyone know what size chain is used to drive the tines and are all the kibota's and yanmar chain driven tiller chains the same?

Also does anyone know the model number by using size ?

If you have the old chain take it to a dealer and buy enough to replace what you need. If you don't have the chain take measurements of the sprokets that it runs on; diameter, number of teeth, distance between teeth, etc.

Hope this helps.
