I need some help if anyone has any ideas. I have had a T1700X with RL44LT-17 mower for a number of years. I have 2 problems that may or may not be related concerning the mower deck. I have notice lately that the deck does not mow evenly from left to right. It is not bad and I can live with it. While checking to see what might be causing this, low tires, etc., I noticed that the deck is not hanging form the tractor symetriclly. From the drivers seat, the left rear deck wheel is much closer to rear tractor wheel then the one on the right. In fact, in a tight left turn the tractor wheel barely rubs the deck wheel. I am pretty sure this has not always been the case. Also, the lift mechanism for the deck wants to hang up at times making picking the deck up a chore. Moving the tractor sometimes help. I think the two are related but I can not see anything bent, broken, disconnected, etc. anywhere. Thanks in advance.

On my new to me G6200H mower, both of the lift links were bent or broken. This is the part that the deck hangs on and basically is a float mechanism. Check those and I bet you find your problem. If it is broken it could be bent toward the rear of the tractor which would explain the one side closer to the rear tire.

If you don't have a parts diagram, you can look it up at kubota.com.
