Trying to remove bottom loader arm pins to add shims. These are the pins that go thru adapter plate. They aren’t budging, have applied heat and currently have a 25 ton bottle jack pressing against pin. Are these hardened pins or are they mild steel. I would assume they are hardened but another thread on this site talks about mild steel pins on loader but those were on tractor?

I wish I could convince the wife to be at peace and allow me to buy a machine like that.
In my opinion: This forum is mostly for Kubota tractor hobbyist and smaller property owners. What you have is a very serious commercial machine.
I am NOT saying that some on here can't help you, some can. But you might be better served at a heavy equipment construction forum or similar social outlet.
I would lift it and shake the crap out of it with the hydros and try a big hammer, over and over, in series.
