After viewing many posts and sites I went ahead and added a power window motor to turn the chute and a 4" actuator to chage the deflector angle. It works pretty slick!
May need to do some mods because it has not snowed yet, but I think it will work fine!
Power window motor mounted on a bracket and attached to snowblower.
Chute actuator installed with bolt, nylon bushings and nyloc nuts.
I tacked a 3/8" u-joint to the window motor, slid it into the rotator and used a hose clamp to keep them together.
Looking down at both.
Mounted up/down left/right switches in a blank switch plate, mounted them into an electrical box.
