State of confusion
I'm new to the Kubota world, just purchased a 2010 BX25 with 18 hours on it. Not even any scratches on the paint. What I am trying to find out is what model #s of front mount snow blower attachments will fit the BX25? I have heard there is more than one model that will fit. Any help you can give me would be great. Thanks

Pretty much any BX attachment/implement will match up just fine. Call the nearest Kubota dealer and pick their mind. If you can wait till Saturday I'll get you the number off of mine I have a BX24.

I just ordered a BX5455HD for mine, includes the hydraulic chute rotater. You will need the mount and mid pto components as well, looking at $3-4K for the package.

I think there is 3
Bx2750
Bx5450
Bx5455

Check with your dealer for pricing and all additional components: quick hitch, pto shaft. Manual, elecrtic and/or hydraulic chute rotators

Thanks for the information. All very helpful. The only downside from all this are the prices. Are there any aftermarket front mount snowblowers of a good quality that would fit the BX25?

There are 4 Kubota blower out there which will fit, as they are coming out with new models, so you may fine the old models, 2750 and 2755, and the new models, 5450 and 5455. They are a standard 50" and an heavy duty 55". I'm not sure what make the 55" an HD model, but thats what they claim. The HD model comes with hydraulic rotation standard, but its an option for the 50"

Technically speaking, you can also mount up snowblower from other tractors as well. Most, including Kubota's blower, are made by Rad Tech. I know for sure, the massey 2360 front blower mounts up perfectly, the only problem being the mid PTO speed on massey is different than Kubota, requiring a pulley change to get the right speed.

I haven't seen any after market front blowers that run off the mid PTO like the factory units do. You can get hydraulic drive, FEL mounted units, but they are super expensive.

I would stick with the kubota units, and just pick the size you want...50" or 55".

Well with all of the great advice I'll just say my BX2750 will send the snow quite well downrange.

Just got my Kubbie back from the dealer, curtis hard cab installed and a 5455HD.

Its heavier metal, 5" wider and has gears instead of a chain like the 5450. And comes standard with a hydro rotation for the chute
