Shaft hyd.adjust

SHAFT HYD.ADJUST under the seat will not turn.... the knob seems to be stuck, am I doing something wrong, ( manual is boxed up in warehouse ),
any suggestions ??
this is on my BX2230

First thing don't force it, a good way to break the knob off or worse. Have you sprayed some good penetrating oil around it? If that won't work you may have to disassemble it and clean it up good from the inside. Thats what I had to do on my L175,there was some good old rust behind all that and welcome to OTT kenbreland.
