Just about everything I read about clamp-on pallet forks says they should be chained to the upper lip of the bucket.
I am looking at a pair for the bucket on my BX1880, but I don't like the idea of hooking to the top lip of the bucket or installing bolt on chain hooks.
Elsewhere here, there is mention of a debris rake, and upon viewing the installation video, it's secured by a 2 loops of cable and 2 ratchet straps.
That got me thinking, could I rig up the same to clamp-on pallet forks? Remember, this is a BX, so I'll be using it to load brush piles into my truck and lifting things (secured to a pallet) of less than 500# onto shelves in the garage, etc.
Thoughts?
