in Portugal in knives to call irons that touch the ground (earth)

what is the proper way to mount the knives?
Anyone know?

Are you seeing the solution now?
I think the blades need exchanged 1/2 from left to right.
They are mounted / / / / / / / /II\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ so the material move to the center.
Mount them / \ / \ / \ / \II\ / \ / \ / \ /.
