Riding mower

Hey guys, new member here. Long time Kubota lover. I have always wanted a Kubota diesel riding mower. I have seen several diff ones on CL, such as a g1800, 5200, 4200, and a couple of other ones. These are older than I have been thinking I want, but am not sure they will be strong enough for the job. All I really want it to do is mow my lawn and move my 2,000 lb flatbed around the property. Most of these only have a 2 gal fuel tank. How long will this last if I mow once a week? Yard is less than third of acre. I would like to find one with around 5 gal tank. I have been using Tractordata.com for a guide in my choices. I am leaning toward the GR2120. It is a sweet looking unit, but is not cheap.

sorry man, the BX series is too big. I will give the GR a try and see what happens.

I mow three acres on less that 2 gals diesel.


My 1.5 acres used to run me about $14 in gas each week........now less than $4 in diesel.
