Hi folks,
New to the form. Looking to add rear remotes, maybe 3. Was looking for some advice on which kit company to go with. Summit-Hydraulics seems pretty prevalent on the web with their stuff. Any suggestions on who to go with some one with a good reputation for quality. Thanks for any assistance.

Fitrite Hydraulics assembles valve and mounts. He makes top and tilt cylinders.

Good high quality custom designed cylinders. Lead time may be too long but he is a one man show and has a large order backlog.

The primary issue is location and integration of the valve, controls, and outlets. The Kubota factory remote option is certainly top of the list there but it comes at a significant cost premium. Kubota is also having supply issues so lead time to get a kit may be extended.

If you go third party your best bet is to roll your own. First step is to decide on a location for the valve and what you want for outlets. Plumbing the valve into the tractor is simply three hoses but you want it located in a spot that is convenient to operate and keeps the plumbing neat and out of the way. Fender and ROPs mounting are two common choices. Adjacent to the loader valve is another very easy spot (see link) but plumbing six hose runs to three rear outlets gets a little ugly.

Just finished an L4701 last month.
3 valves, 2 with float, 1 detent, breakaway couplers.
Top & tilt cylinders.
Euro hooks for the draft link ends as well as the top link implement connection.

While these valves are not hidden away and as pleasant to look at as the OEM sets are, they are ergonomically placed as well as not having the internal leakage issues that other types of valves seem to have. The top & tilt cylinders are basically at mid stroke when the implement is level front-back & side-side. The Euro hooks provide quick easier connections for all implements with full pin support at all angles.

Just showing what can be done not using OEM options. ;)

Not to mention that entire 3 valve stack can be purchased for about $550. Compare that to OEM @ $1000 just for the work sections.

BTW, Kubota seems to have removed the Standard L remotes from the online parts system. Messicks isn't showing them anymore either....

Looks like they are closed down.
Due to illness the machine shop is closed indefinitely
and no new orders are being accepted

I guess you don't realize I am Windy Ridge Machine. I still have some of the valve mounting brackets and I can still provide the EZ Peasy kits. Brian is the one making the TnT parts.

Just for reference, I ordered two remotes (and everything else for install) from my Kubota dealer in February. They came in in late July.
