Red Marks

All,

In completing my steering box rebuild, Vic says; "add a dab of red paint to the filler".....and in the picture (See attached) I noticed quite a few dabs of red paint at different points.

My question is, are these "red paint dabs" standard on Kubotas?

And

Is it red paint, or is Kubota Orange paint?

I think all the red marks were added to show lubrication points and fill points
