Ok when I am trammin with the deck all the way up the right (discharge) side makes all kinds of banging noise it is hitting against something, the left side never makes a sound. It would seem that the right side is hanging and it has a lot of play to let it bounch and bang the subframe,,, Anybody else have this and how did you fix it??? I cant see any adjustment under there so what am I missing? I should add its a RCK 60B deck

(tramming)???? traveling,, maybe??. There are 2 stops under the frame that are supposed to have a rubber cover on them. This is what the deck bounces up and hits. Rubber gone, big noise.

Our BX2200 and BX2660 did/does this. The dealer said to just bump down a bit and no more noise.

Skeets, my wife knows little about machinery though she greases the deck on "her" BX2660 and helps me service our other tractors and so far I have been able to get away with "oh it's suppose to do that, "they all do that" or other variation.:)

I have done adjustments on those decks and it just starts a cascade of seemingly endless adjustments elsewhere. :(

If you are so inclined I am sure you could attach some sort of rubber "bumper" under there, just don't advertise it or we will all have to,:).
