I have a dysfunctional relationship with my grease gun. I hate it and it hates me.

Searched all over for moly ep grease 'cause that's what the manuel says to use. All I found was lithium. Finally wound up trekking to the dealer where I bought Kubota brand. It's lithium too, plus some secret ingredients.

The most satisfying thing I've done yet on my BX25d is plow through a bunch of pricker bushes that have been attacking me for years. The bucket sheared them off at the base and I Pushed them to Hel... ahem, I mean the neighbors yard, PSNH.

If you run out of things to do on your tractor, get a couple of Pharaoh hounds. They love to dig. I spent the afternoon filling in their various holes and trenches. There wasn't one that took less than two front loader buckets to fill. I never see much dirt around these holes while they're digging. I have no idea where it goes, but I suspect they track it all into the house.

Most auto parts stores have grease labled for older ford lincoln mercury's which is a grade 2 molly grease. It is lithium based though. I use it for the spindles on my mower deck. It's a little pricey though
