PTO spreader tow hitch?

I have this Cosmo 3 p-pro-180 3 point hitch spreader on my B2601. As you can see in the picture, it has, what looks like, a place to put a pin in it near the bottom, on the frame. Does anyone know what it’s for? What exactly could I hook to it? How much weight do you think that hitch could handle? Is it for a wagon or something. I’m just curious to know what it is and if anyone has ever used it.

The way I read it, it's for pulling a harrow behind it to cover your seeds when you're using it for a broadcast seeder. In that case, it probably isn't designed for much weight. You wouldn't want much weight that far back anyway.

That makes sense! It’s just one of those things that was working at my brain.
