Oil for Land Pride finishing mower

A few years back I bought my first tractor a 2005 L3130 with 500 hours and implements one being a Land Pride 5’ finishing mower and was wondering what kind of oil to put in the gear box?

All my Land Pride stuff with gear boxes calls for 85W90 gear oil or similar.

All of the gear boxes I have had (not Land Pride though) take 85w90 as ItBmine states.
That said, after one bad experience with a Befco gear box I have always used 75w140 synthetic gear oil. Probably best to stick with manufacturers recommendations, but I have several gear boxes turning all day long in the summer. They are are high hour machines and have done well with the 140. ymmv
