Aloha all,

I'm in the process of having my b6000 refurbished, and am having trouble with part number changes (or at least finding the correct part number for certain items). I might be wrong in that they simply discontinued making these particular parts, but I keep running into this issue.

I'm looking for the following parts/nos

66591-1123-1 transmission case gasket
15231-1452-1 valve cover gasket
66591-1842-1 shift boot
66591-1824-1 index plate for the 4wd shifter
15231-0166-1 oil pan gasket
66591-1126-1 pto gasket

Is there any convenient way to get the new part numbers out of Kubota? Kubotalink.com is only for distributors, and the distributor on my island is painfully slow in answering my calls (despite being very kind when they do).

Thanks in advance! Plenty alohas,
A

I get some slightly different numbers
valve cover gasket - 15231-14520 PACKING HEAD COVER
oil pan gasket - 15231-01660 PACKING OIL COVER

The other items are more difficult to find in my manuals, so I will stop here and check if we are on the right track.

Send me a pm with your e-mail and I can get you the link to the parts manual I am using.

Okay, I feel sheepish.

Thanks Stuart for throwing out those part nos. I see that my problem was that the parts manual from SBTractor listed the part number as a five digit prefix with a four digit suffix followed by a dash and another number. Generally if the last no. was -1 and it's not showing up it has been amended to 0 and all hyphenation dropped.
