New Tines for a Rotavator needed

Where can I buy replacement rotovator tines for a RL1401 or AL1401 orange unit
can't make it out real well but it seems Kubota or Chinese made and the numbers I can make out are

Rotary Tiller 21833 - A or R L1401

Or they standard in any way that I can get them local .. thanks so much
