I just got my new ferroni mli-25 roller pump from agri supply for about $180, shipped to my house. I have another $140 in hoses and fittings. It works great for filling a 55 gallon drum, from my pond. It takes about 2 minutes without having the tractor all the way at pto rpm. The only issue I had was I think the brass fittings that come with the pump are metric so I had a hard time fitting a hose to the intake fitting. 1-1/4" hose was a little big and 1" was too small. I used the 1-1/4" with a hose clap and it draws water through the 10 feet of tubing just fine. I was able to put a 100 gallons on my trees in no time at all. I'm trying to decide if my little B2601 could handle one more barrel or not. 100 gallons of water are 834lbs and my carryall is about 300. I made a quick video of it in action. If you guys have some remote watering needs, I highly suggest getting one of these.
