What price should I list this for?
I have a MX5200HST I purchases new in 2015. It has 650 hours.
Some of the specifics is as follows: round back heavy duty bucket with cutting edge, Pallet forks (48" 4200lbs), Line X floor, 6 foot medium duty Tennessee River implement bush hog and a 6 foot heavy duty box blade.
The tractor is stored indoors, very clean and well maintained.
I also have 24 ft K equipment trailer with 8” C- channel frame with 3” c-channel cross members on 16” centers. The trailer has about 350 miles on it. Since I only pull it once a year I always pull the tires off and store them in the basement.
I was thinking 28K for the tractor and implements and 4K on the trailer. Am I too low, too high or right in the sweet spot for a quick and simple sale?
