Mulching mower to side discharge

So just got my 54” deck delivered last week and the dealer has installed the mulching kit. If I didn’t want to
Mulch all the time can I remove the baffles and switch the blades back and have it running as a side discharge. I had a 48” on loan until mine turned up and I have to say the cut was better than the mulching one, although I did cut it pretty long so might not clump as much next time fingers crossed

If the mulching kit was added and nothing was removed from the deck during that addition then it can just be removed
