Hi,
i have an L-3560 and an L2194A snowblower.

i need to move the snowblower from point a to point b .

If it isn't mounted or attached to the tractor are there attachment points used to moving it around?

I'm not familiar with that blower
... But if you have forks, set it on a pallet, strap it down and move with forks ...

Some snow blowers have lifting eyes on the outer ends to attach a strap/chain to if you don't have forks.

If you dont have forks, probably just gonna be easier to hook it up and move it. That's how I moved my snowblower. Those suckers are heavy so easier to throw it on the 3pt then put my weight barrel on the 3pt then lift it or strap it to the loader.

If you have a loader slide it under then chain the top back. Thats how I move mine in and out of storage
