Wanted something to pickup leaves but needed something that could be changed in minutes. So I bought a used GCK60-23BX and did the following conversion.
First I needed to make an adapter between the existing bagger structure and my quick hitch. That defined the driveline mods I needed to make.

I then used the driveline from an old JD sickle mower. I removed the original Kubota CV joint from the pulley shaft by cutting off the yoke. I then used the driven shaft from the sickle mower and recessed it so the 25mm Kubota shaft would slip in and welded it securely. Turns out the old sickle mower PTO shaft was a perfect length to drive this new input shaft.
Used it this leaf season and its working great.
Attaches in about 3 minutes
