Measuring Fuel pump pressure on bx tractor

I also have bx 1880 w/ 65+ hours it is used as mower & trailer mower changed filters 1st time at 45 hours as it started missing quit 3 or more times before getting to concrete pad to change filters took in for service at 50.5 hours . installed Racor 120a filter as primary ran great last week grass was now deep took tank plus to mow full yard usually 3-5 mowing's per tank now back to missing as finishing changed second filter pump was slow to fill have been looking for pump pressure had been thinking of moving to same as gr 2110

The electric fuel pump should have approx 3 PSI output. Remove the hose from the bottom of the tank, you will probably find that you have very little fuel flow because the tank outlet is plugged.
I see this problem over and over year after year.
