m105s 3pt isnt working correctly

Been having trouble with 3pt "looking prime" recently. Have to loosen remotes to get fluid to flow then tighten back. Now after doing that, the 3 pt wont lower and it doesnt seem to be the speed control valve under seat. Seems to be getting air in system because even the loader is "bouncey" until I do the bleeding trick at the remotes. Any ideas here?

Update... Maybe the speed control valve. It seems to be sticking and I cant get it to move open or closed direction. Also the lift handle doesnt work consultant. Daft lever still seems to be working correctly but not the lift side

Another update. Still havent gotten the speed control to move. I am apprehensive to take the valve body off to remove it. I have; however discovered I am building pressure at the hydraulic fill port. Not a scary amount but enough to hear a "psshh" when I remove the cap. Is this normal or could I be getting closer to a diagnosis?
