Loss of drive in high gears

So I purchased a used 2008 Kubota L39 TLB. For months it has been incredible. Recently I’ve noticed my GST transmission does not allow me to utilize any gears above fourth. I think it could be a plugged filter but I’m hoping it’s not clutch. Any simple solutions or suggestions would help greatly
